New Features

Implemented the difficulty selection system when starting a new game: Easy / Normal / Hard.

Fixes Included in This Beta (These fixes were implemented in earlier beta builds but had not been announced on Steam until now. All of them are already included in Open Beta V1.1.0.3.)

FPS settings fixed.
Interior stairs bug fixed (remote probability).
Fixed an issue with the Resolution settings in the video options menu (QHD & 4K).
