IMPROVEMENTS

• Significantly reduced the pause when unlocking regions, especially in games with many regions already unlocked.
  

FIXES

• Fixed the budget window breaking when closed using its hotkey.
  

MODDING

• Mod assemblies are now reused between menu and game sessions, preventing duplicate loads and related type or Harmony patching issues (thanks @alego22!).
  
• Updated Unity to 6000.0.81.
