Patch: v1.4 - QoL keyboard & gamepad + balancing

Thank you all so much for being patient with me. I'm working through all feedback as fast as I can <3

Here is what's updated in this patch:
- You can now use Keyboard only to play the game
- Fixed some places in the game where Gamepads didn't work. Accessing tooltips for powerups, scrolling inside credits and navigating the pause menu if you opened it from the upgrade screen.
- Balancing: Raised the base value for all pegs, so you should now earn more
