Hello everyone!
This one is all about stability and polish. We went through the systems that were causing the most trouble, from save files and story progression to customer behavior and the police, and cleaned them up. Full list below.
Changelog
Story & Progression
Improved the story and day/night system. Fixed issues with events overlapping, repeating, or blocking progression.
Fixed various progression issues with missions, dialogues, and tutorials.
Saves
Made the save system more reliable, with various improvements to prevent saves from being lost or corrupted.
Improved compatibility with older save files.
Customers & Orders
Improved customer movement. Queuing, heading to the cashier, sitting down, and moving around the restaurant now work more smoothly, and many issues that caused customers to get stuck have been fixed.
Improved the order system. Fixed order detection issues involving sauces, drinks, fries, and extra items on trays.
Improved drink orders. Customers who order only drinks now properly carry and drink them.
Police
Improved police patrols, detection, and chase behavior.
Other
Made Steam achievements more reliable. Fixed issues with progress made while offline and achievements that should unlock retroactively.
Items that fall outside the map no longer disappear.
Improved audio and video settings, including audio transitions, volume settings, VSync, and FPS options.
General performance and stability improvements.
