Thank you for playing the game on Steam and for actively reporting the various issues you have encountered. The development team is working tirelessly to investigate these issues and optimize performance, and related bugs will be fixed progressively through upcoming game updates.

Known Issues and Temporary Workarounds
1.Resolution option in game settings is grayed out and cannot be adjusted.
Temporary workaround: Go to the settings page and raise the graphics quality preset first. Once the resolution option is unlocked, you can adjust it normally.
2.Some players do not receive purchased items after payment.
If you have made a purchase but the items have not been delivered, please join the official community and contact an administrator to register your information. We will resend the corresponding items via in-game mail. For players previously affected by this issue, compensation rewards have been sent to your in-game mailbox. Please check your mail to claim them.
3.Localization text and translation display issues in the game.
We have launched a localization optimization initiative to continuously correct text errors and improve translation quality. Related content will be iterated and refined in subsequent updates.
4.Game stuttering, frame drops, crashes, and long shader compilation time on first launch.
Temporary workaround: Close high-resource background programs, lower graphics settings such as shadows and post-processing effects, and we recommend installing the game on an SSD. The team is continuously optimizing rendering performance and resource loading speed.
5.Network fluctuations, disconnections, and abnormal teammate model loading in multiplayer mode.
Temporary workaround: Use a wired network connection when playing multiplayer matches. The team is continuously optimizing the multiplayer network synchronization mechanism to improve stability.
