Patch 29 is LIVE with many combat balancing updates and bugfixes. Most of these changes are based on feedback from Discord and watching streamers play.

What's new in today's patch
Balancing / Improvements
Tuned Black Hole (radius 100 -> 150, radius scaling 3x -> 0.5x, duration 3 -> 2)
Tuned Crossbow (gravity 0.6 -> 0.5)
Reduced enemy damage scaling by 10%
Reduced enemy projectile homing scaling 180 -> 170
Reduced enemy explosive projectile radius by 50%
Reduced assassin melee damage by 50%
Reduced life steal percentages by 50%
Increased minimum life steal to 1 health per hit
Increased Vex/Vox health by 30%
Increased Dusk health by 35%
Reduced Fluffy Prime health by 35%
Reduced Killing Spree 5% -> 4% per level
Added short invulnerability time on parry (katana / knife)
Removed attack and reload slowdown when not moving
Increased base slide duration (maintain 125% speed)
Added restore health to Kane the Rat's Black Market
Skipped Act 2 tower door camera lock if final boss previously defeated
Prevented Steam Cloud syncing settings between devices
Increased text size across game
Bugfixes
Fixed "Juno *********" secret achievement
Fixed life steal applying when enemy shielded or armored
Fixed incorrect difficulty displaying in post-run stats
Fixed collision throughout Act 1 (underwater facility levels)
Fixed upgrade menu banners getting cut off in bottom row
Fixed spam pause causing weird pause menu behavior
Fixed boss health bar stuck in main menu after dying
Fixed "End Run" while entering level door spawns in with 0 health
Fixed space pistol description (not semi-automatic)
Fixed health bloop on life steal at full health
