Fixes and improvements
Fixed the issue that prevented you from making offers for certain players. It affected footballers previously out on loan or belonging to other clubs, but the interface didn't indicate it or filter them out.
Fixed player signings outside the transfer window, which are no longer allowed.
Fixed the error that prevented you from seeing new sponsorships or receiving offers once previous contracts expired.
Fixed the issue that prevented voting correctly in the assembly during the second year.
Fixed an error that prevented you from playing the match if you upgraded a facility on matchday.
Fixed the English leagues with more fixtures, which ended in July instead of June.
Fixed an error that prevented Investments from taking new loans into account when checking your current bank balance.
Removed the 10,000 minimum salary. It's now 100% dynamic.
