Splits & SSJ
Every map now has splits/checkpoints: compare against the world record, your PB, or a replay partway through instead of only at the finish
Splits track speed as well as time, so every checkpoint gives you two diffs
Splits upload with your run, so leaderboard replays carry their comparisons too
New split board under the timer, plus a popup each time you cross one
Opt-in SSJ stats for bhop: jump number, takeoff speed, and strafe gain on every jump
New ssj_chat console command to post stats to chat
Replays & Ghosts
The replay system has been rewritten if a replay fails to save or upload it will print to chat
Toggle between your pb and a downloaded replay from the player menu with Me <-> Them
Replays store the model and animation used for the run, and the ghost plays it back with the player's name above them
The replay player has full playback controls: seek, playback speed, and stop
Replays show checkpoints / split markers
You can now set checkpoints while watching a replay to practice
Make It Your Own
Full HUD customizer: drag, scale, fade, and recolor every widget, from the timer and speedometer to splits, chat, and lobby times
Four separate layouts: your UI, the global HUD, spectating, and the replay player
Per-widget fonts and text colors, grid snap, and alignment guides
Spectators see your HUD the way you built it
Build a custom crosshair from 200 shapes with your own size, color, and outline, or turn it off entirely

Supporters can run Supporters Only lobbies
Listen along with the lobby host's soundtrack so everyone hears the same song at the same time
New WR Holder chat role for anyone holding a record on any map or mode
New player card actions: view website profile, copy paint, copy crosshair
The website has been rebuilt to match v2, with redesigned profiles, a new maps page showing record holders, and time distribution graphs on every map

Everything Else
Mouse sensitivity is now 1:1 with CS:S
Settings use physical keys, fixing QWERTZ and other layouts
Voxel GI rebaked and character textures recompressed, cutting VRAM use dramatically (Aquaflow alone went from 64MB to 8MB)
Occlusion culling on every map for better performance
New brightness slider and UI scaling in Video settings
The WR crown and your top-right records now follow the mode you are playing
Countless bug fixes and stability improvements from the beta and RC
