Keyboard UI 3.0 is here!
A complete rework of the keyboard, using the new UI framework.
With this, comes not only improved layouts for the Compact / Full keyboard, but also a new Minimal keyboard layout as well!

Keyboard Settings moved into the main settings window Settings/Keyboard
Added Voice to Text to the Keyboard using a the multilingual whisper model, allowing for many different languages.
Added Microphone Selection to Settings/Keyboard for Voice to Text.
Reworked cursor smoothing logic - it should be much more responsive.
Added Settings/General/Cursor Smoothing to adjust the cursor smoothing strength.
Added smarter overlay sizing logic when switching between different windows / desktops.
Added a setting to adjust how the overlay sizing logic works under Settings/Overlays/Size Preservation Height will preserve the height of the overlay, width will preserve the width, and automatic will choose which one to use based on the difference in aspect ratio of the target window vs the current window.

Fixed an issue that introduced a lot of extra latency on the Windows cursor when using Emulate Mouse
Fixed an issue that caused the Cursor dot to physically intersect with other overlays when using the SteamVR beta branch. (Valve, please, I beg, fix render priority, I'm putting it in bold so you see this please Volvo PLEASE you are making the tooltips SAD valve. They're crying.)
Fixed an issue that caused a held overlay to be dropped when moving your hand too quickly
Fixed an issue that caused an overlay to flicker when moving it up / down from the horizon line when overlay curvature was enabled.
Fixed an issue that prevented the typing achievements from being unlocked legitimately. Woops. Sorry achievement hunters :(
Fixed an issue where some languages would show up as a square font on the keyboard.
Fixed an issue that prevented modification of overlays that were loaded from a layout.
Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented interaction with the first overlay to be created in the session.

Plans
Before this beta ships, I plan to add the following features:
OSC Keyboard Input for VRChat via STT or regular typing
Automatically mute VRChat microphone when STT recording is active
