Observer Mode
Observer Mode added. Enter as a spectator and switch to any faction's view and control at any time.
Devil Difficulty
Pass the game once to unlock Devil difficulty. In this mode, AI will not ally with the player, but allows choosing one extra Faction Trait to start.
Custom Officer Deployment
Before starting a game, you can choose to deploy a custom officer in any faction. This means custom officers can now be used even in non-custom factions.
Diplomacy System Optimization
Alliance diplomatic actions also require additional Prestige.
The Prestige cost for extending alliances has been significantly increased.
The maximum number of alliances is 1 by default, and increases with higher nobility rank.
AI Optimization
Optimized AI build logic.
Addressed an issue where AI factions could get stuck in Tribes regions.
Fixed an issue where AI would incorrectly appoint officials in Tribes regions.
AI can now carry Granary food when deploying troops.
Operation optimization
Optimized UI prompts when conditions for proclaiming kingship are met.
Expanded the edges of the map for easier interaction in corner regions.
Added a shortcut in the Military interface to switch officer troop types.

In Ironman Mode, the scoring limit has been replaced by a limit on the number of officers.
House buildings now increase regional tax revenue.
