► #VK.Video. Fixed an initialization error that could cause a crash on startup.

► #VK.Video.Live. Fixed a possible loop due to incorrect configuration, which could result in high resource consumption (e.g., CPU).

► Default-v2 Theme. Fixed debug output. This debug output has now been removed from the theme.

► Text-to-speech. Additional checks for voice-over and component availability.

► Updated the version of the included system component.
