Change the government type when releasing a vassal
- It is now possible to choose the government type of a civilization before releasing it as a vassal.
- Simply open the menu and select the desired government type.

Countryball Eyes
Can be enabled in settings "Countryball Eyes", disabled by default
- Added Countryball eyes that reflect the situation of each civilization
- Eyes change based on relations with the player (positive, neutral, negative)
- Vassals and overlords have distinct expressions
- Additional situations are shown, such as being at war, losing a war, or having no provinces

- Countryball Eyes: On / Off
New Feature: Multi-Army Plunder
- Multiple armies can now plunder provinces in a single action
- Each selected army will plunder the province it is currently in
Bug fixes
Fixed being sent back to the main menu when adding a civilization in the Scenario Editor while using some mods.
