Hey folks!
You can now jump in and test out online multiplayer in Mirthwood with a friend or partner! Opt-in to the Multiplayer Beta branch to get access to multiplayer functionality.
(In Steam Library, right-click Mirthwood -> Properties -> Game Versions & Betas)
Start hosting your world from the Pause menu "Online Co-op" option. There is a lobby code for another player to join, or invite them via Steam friends list.
When joining, you can either bring an existing character or start a new character. Either way, your items, equipment, skills, and XP are saved so progress you make can help in your own world too.
Be aware that means if you leave items behind, they will stay on the host player's world!
You can back up your save first with the copy button on the Load menu.
