Hey, everyone! We've made a major update around half a year ago, but we never properly announced it here. But not only that, but Chizuru herself has made an appearance in another game! First, let's talk about the update. If you played Super Ledgehop in 2026, you've already played the 60 FPS update lol. But if you played before that, you might be surprised with how much smoother the game has gotten.
From 30 FPS to 60 FPS
Super Ledgehop was initially made in Game Maker Studio 1. We initially noted that some computers couldn't run games made with this engine past 30 FPS, so we limited the game to 30FPS to keep the rhythm timing more consistent. However, as time goes by, it seems like more computers are facing framerate issues with all of our games made with this version of Game Maker Studio. So we ported over Super Ledgehop to Game Maker LTS 2026, which not only helps the game with its performance, but all of the devices we tested with framerate issues can actually run the game at 60FPS. It's a surprise considering they struggled to even maintain 30 FPS. If you do wish to play the game in its original 30FPS format, the older versions are still available on Itch. We've also made a few smaller adjustments in the game as the months went by, such as fixing new bugs caused by the new framerate, new voice clips for Chizuru, and very brief tutorial for playing Yuuto.
We know that Super Ledgehop is a short experience, but we want to say thank you for all the support throughout all the years. And thank you to those who have been gifting their friends Super Ledgehop to share their experience with a cheesy game.
From fighting game inspired character to a real fighting game character
But you better get ready though, because Chizuru is playable now in a fighting game Duels of Fortune by Cosmic Hat Games. And if you thought Super Ledgehop is a cheap game, get this. Duels of Fortune is FREE!

The mechanics you loved from Super Ledgehop, such as absorbing bullets, rhythm shooting, and wave dashing are all here! For all the players who love playing rush down characters, Chizuru will keep you happy for days.
There's a tournament this weekend!
Not only that, but we're also doing a tournament to celebrate Chizuru's release! Join the tournament this Saturday July 25 to get a chance to win over a hundred dollars and a fight stick from Breakfast Garage, with artwork that has Chizuru and Clyde illustrated by the official developers of Duels of Fortune. Tournament will be commentated by Tito himself, as well as Knell from the Mad Meats gang! We really can't wait to see what combos you've come up with.
Another New Bullet Hell Game This Month!
If fighting games are not your thing, there's also even more Super Ledgehop content created recently by Crow's Nest, where you can play as Liz to go up against the bad guys in The Quarter Game! Shine Crisis has that bullet hell goodness you all love.
Chizuru was also in a First Person Shooter!
And if you were hyped up seeing 60 FPS but thought it meant First Person Shooter, don't worry. Chizuru was also in a first person shooter game! We're also three years late for this, but if you haven't seen it yet since we never announced it here on Steam, Chizuru is a playable character on the hero shooter Rush Legends. Legit, we hope you have fun with all of this.
