New update is up! This time, we’re bringing a batch of improvements and fixes that should make your journey through the world of the Shattered Isles even better.
All Aboard! Or Not - the choice is finally yours.
For those who play with a friend, we’ve improved travelling by airship. From now on, players will no longer be automatically teleported aboard when the other player enters the airship. Instead, the player who stays behind will receive a notification with an option to quickly join their buddy. This way, you can continue minding your own business while the other player freely flies around the island.
We’ve also added proper notifications for both players when the airship begins leaving the island area. This gives the captain a chance to turn back. If the airship continues beyond the island area, the second player will be teleported aboard after a short countdown.
We’ve also added features based on your feedback, such as Styz’s request to display how much mana is currently available through the Mana Transmitter 😁 It’s also worth highlighting that we’ve improved settler navigation, so they should no longer get stuck inside walls!
The update also brings new skills for Ragna, clearer descriptions for hidden technologies, new ways to obtain Dark Stones, improved chest loot, balance changes, and plenty of fixes.

Highlights
- Improved co-op airship travel:

- Fleshcaster Felfs can now throw Fluffgigs from farther away. Yes, they can do that 😱
- Monster nests now have a 10% chance to drop Dark Stones.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 Alpha Felfs now have a chance to drop Dark Stones.
- Improved loot found in chests across the islands.
Crafting Changes
- Field - reduced the amount of resin and peat required to build it.
- Composter - reduced the amount of peat required to build it.
- Animal Shelter - reduced the amount of resin and coral required to build it.
- Horn of Taint - reduced the amount of electric gels required to build it.
- Animal Lair - reduced the amount of sandstone required to craft it.
- Bonding Agent - reduced the amount of peat required to craft it.
- Taint Cleaning Extract - reduced the amount of Water Ferns required to craft it.
- Community Hut - added sandstone and gears to its recipe.
Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Improved settler navigation to prevent them from getting stuck inside walls.
- The Mushroom Sprayer can now be crafted in the Workshop.
- Fixed cases where Tritris could fall through the ground.
- Added a tooltip when hovering over Archseeker's icon on the minimap.
- Fixed NPC navigation issues on the second island.
- Fixed an issue that could prevent pipelines from connecting to the Mana Transmitter.
