Building these presets and finding every cursor, especially in WoW, was an adventure... but this uncovered several issues noted among buffs/fixes. Several games were also found without window cursor locking, so added a toggle for that 😊

- NEW: Lock Cursor to Window: Toggle (CTRL ALT L) to keep cursor in the active window.
- NEW: Added 22 basic cursors. Tweaked a few existing ones.
- NEW: Added shared preset "Large Glow" that makes everything large and glowy.

- FIX: ALT F4 over any UI will properly shutdown YM.
- FIX: Disable glow for inverted cursors where it cant really work right.
- FIX: Some cursor bindings not applying to games with over 20 bindings assigned.
- FIX: Stop showing hidden cursor when YM is toggled off.
