Academic Technology Enhancements
Implemented 5 tax system nodes and 6 military system nodes in the academic technology tree.
Implemented the academic technology node: \[Art of Indirection] – Effect: Mobility +1.
Implemented the academic technology node: \[Royal Civilization] – Effect: Each local building provides 1 point of Governing Power.
Removed the academic technology node: \[Annual Reporting Rate] – its function has been merged into \[Regional Stationing].
Removed the activation mechanism for the \[Implement Reforms] button via the \[Establish Policies and Systems] node.
Optimizations and Fixes
Slightly increased the probability of bandit outbreaks and the speed of bandit自立 (self-establishment) when public sentiment is low.
Added detailed explanations of the temple name and posthumous name system mechanics and character usage rules to the question-mark button on the posthumous name panel.
Fixed the bug where grain in transit would disappear if the transport task was canceled during grain allocation.
Fixed the bug in the Imperial City Tavern trade event where an option with an item quantity of 0 would sometimes appear.
Changed the achievement \[Abundant Granaries] requirement from granary fullness rate > 65% to: grain storage > 10 million shi.
Various other optimizations and fixes.
