This hotfix fixes an issue introduced with the recent Steam Input update that could cause the End Turn shortcut to be triggered multiple times.

In some situations, this resulted in enemies taking multiple consecutive turns, attacking more than once, or appearing to move back to their previous positions.

The issue has been resolved and turn progression now behaves correctly regardless of how the turn is ended.
