Sauna
Goblins can now build saunas. A sauna will be kept perpetually heated with firewood, and when heated it serves two purposes: healing and relaxing.
Wounded goblins will go into the sauna to heal their wounds, while healthy goblins will go to relax in a sauna if there is spare room. In either case, once the goblin has fully relaxed they will seek out the nearest body of water and jump in for a swim. If they succeed in finding water they will gain a buff that improves their stats.
