Interface & Quality of Life
- Added badges to the Documents section, making it easier to see when new documents have been added.
- Added a notification warning players when their weapon is close to losing quality, reducing the need to manually monitor weapon condition in the inventory.
- Improved automatic quest selection in the journal.
Gameplay & Balance
- Added 3 additional healing potions to the player's inventory at the start of the game.
- Muskets can no longer be used in the arena.
- Street merchants now appear at 6:00 AM, ensuring they are always available after sleeping at a tavern until morning.
- Blueprints now only drop for weapons available at the player's current level. As the character's level increases, better weapons and their corresponding blueprints become available.
- Increased the selling price of herbs at the herbalist. We plan to add more herbalists in future updates.
- Enemy captains killed during boarding now always carry money as loot.
- Reduced the number of healing potions found on defeated enemies, making preparation before boarding battles more important.
Quests & Fixes
- Fixed an issue causing the interface to disappear after certain story quests.
- Added an autosave before encountering the bandits during the Trinidad story quest.
- Fixed excessively loud player character shouts during the beach battle against Spanish soldiers.
- After talking to Catherine in the Ragged Point tavern, the story quest is now selected automatically.
- Fixed an issue with buying and selling clothes after the story event where the main character's belongings are confiscated and placed in a chest.
Camera, Visuals & Audio
- After using transport services, the camera now initially remains fixed on the transporter.
- Improved fog transitions to prevent sudden disappearance and reappearance.
- Improved the audio during story training battles on the ship's deck. Dynamic crowd reactions to the course of the battle are still in development.
