Hey Campers! 🏕️
We have released a new patch for Campsite Hustle! This update brings a new Build Mode category system, more UI and audio polish, NPC behavior fixes, Snack Shack improvements, Delivery Station adjustments, and a lot of smaller gameplay cleanups.
Thanks again for all the reports. Some bugs were sneaky, some were just annoying, but we are slowly getting the campsite into better shape!
Build Mode Improvements
Added a new Build Mode category system.
Added a general CAP system for Build Mode objects.
Removed the lock icon from capped Build Mode items and replaced it with a clearer red background and white “MAX” text.
Fixed localization issues where some Build Mode paths, wall pictures, and decorations showed internal item keys instead of proper names.
Fixed an issue where shelves could be placed behind doors.
Improved placement rules so shelves, lights, and similar objects can work more properly with shop walls.
Fixed issues with some lamps not working correctly.
Fixed an issue where Large Shop carpets could clip into the ground.
UI & Localization
Polished the feel of general buttons.
Fixed missing localization for the “Total Required Materials” text.
Added a delete save confirmation check.
Improved several localization texts and UI labels.
Audio Polish
Reduced the shop door sound volume.
Checked and adjusted the Taser Gun sound.
Made the Alarm System sound positional instead of being heard globally.
Added fire sound to the Trash Burner.
Added general audio polish across several sounds.
NPC Animation & Behavior
Removed the sitting animation where NPCs unnaturally pushed their hands forward.
Added mouth movement while NPCs are talking.
NPCs will now blink more naturally.
Fixed sliding issues caused by root motion in sitting and similar NPC animations.
Fixed cases where worker NPCs could get stuck if the player completed a task before the worker did.
Fixed an issue where NPCs could pass through fences and fence gates.
Fixed Bungalow pathfinding issues where NPCs could end up on the roof.
Fixed an issue where NPCs inside toilets could be hit.
Shop & Product Fixes
Fixed an issue where NPCs waiting at the Ticket Stand queue could be counted as shop customers.
Reviewed the shelf space used by all products.
Fixed dirt spawning under shop objects.
Fixed general dirt spawning under the ground.
Added improved blockers for general interactions to prevent unintended actions.
Snack Shack Fixes
Fixed an issue where changing the selected Snack Shack product could remove the previous product and reduce stock.
Fixed an issue where the Snack Shack tray could stay floating when moving the structure in Build Mode.
Delivery Station
Delivery Station orders will now arrive after sleeping and waking up, regardless of the remaining delivery time.
Trash & Cleaning Fixes
Checked dumpster percentage behavior when workers throw trash bags into it.
Trash bags can now only be thrown into the dumpster, not other trash bins.
Fixed missing icons for trash thrown around the campsite.
Visual Fixes
Fixed an issue where Cozy’s fog could appear cut off in a circular shape.
We will keep working on more fixes, improvements, and balance changes.
