Today we’re showing the updated Ross Lake. Nearly everything has been reworked, including the forest, trees, rivers, waterfalls, buildings, vehicles, and lighting to make the location feel more immersive while staying true to the real Ross Lake.
One of the biggest changes is the foliage. It’s being rebuilt from scratch, with vegetation carefully matched to what actually grows in the real area.
We’ve also been updating many of the weapons in BIGFOOT, improving their models, textures, and mechanics to better reflect how each one should look and feel.
Ross Lake is just the first location we’re ready to show. The remaining maps have already been reworked and are now in the final stages before we start revealing them too.
