* Can now right click on a Player Left room message to ban them from re-entering (stops players jumping in and out before the room admin can ban them)
* Improved performance when returning to the lobby from the Avatar Setup screen.
* Fixed the game hanging when closing the game window from the Avatar Setup screen.
