📡 Hello, Martians!
We know you’ve been waiting a long time for this day, and we are absolutely thrilled to announce that Update 1.1 is officially moving to the Default Branch and is now available for every single colonist! This is a massive milestone for us, but let us assure you—this is definitely not the end of the road.
This update is the direct result of your invaluable feedback, including suggestions from the livestream, our internal QA testing, and the incredible help of the players who jumped into our recent experimental build. The full list of changes includes everything we’ve been testing over the last few weeks, plus a fresh batch of tweaks that we’ve implemented in the meantime.
🛠️ What’s New in Update v1.1.38 ?
Here is a breakdown of the core improvements you will experience in this version:
Campaign Mode Overhaul: The campaign logic has been thoroughly reworked. While minor bugs might still occasionally pop up, the story mode is now more stable, fixed, and playable from start to finish.
Grind & Resource Balancing: We’ve significantly adjusted resource gathering and crafting costs. Progression feels much smoother now, heavily reducing tedious grinding and making your survival efforts more rewarding.
Performance Optimizations: Expect noticeable stability improvements and smoother gameplay, thanks to a wave of under-the-hood optimization tweaks.
UI & Quality of Life (QoL): We’ve introduced a massive wave of UI refinements and interface polishes to make base management, menus, and daily interactions much more intuitive.
🧪 Upcoming Experimental Branch Update: Weather & Time Controls!
We are not slowing down! Next week we are pushing a brand new test build to the Experimental Branch.
Next experimental version introduces highly requested customization options, allowing you to toggle specific weather effects on or off and adjust the speed of time passage in the game. Preview:

If you are brave enough to risk playing on an unpolished build and want to help us test these fresh options, you will be able to do that really soon!
