Replaced the particles of both launcher types with much lower poly versions. This should help improve performance in launcher dense areas, particularly in custom levels
Fixed an oversight where flat launcher particles would never be culled in custom levels
Decreased the LOD transition time from 0.5 to 0.2

Up to 30 laps (points / balloons) are now supported by the lap indicator. Previously, only 10 were supported
Fixed an oversight where non-Timed balloons in custom levels would always pop on the first frame
Fixed a bug where Zen demos would play the Timed point reached sound at the end
