Happy Summertime, Runners!
This Summer is hitting hard in Western Europe right now, it's hot as hell but we at least have the Cooler Boxes ready, even if just virtually.
For this Summer event, we also have the good old Off-Duty Veteran with an additional weapon added to his arsenal to ruin your journey.
Last year's summer event introduced the VIP in online invasion, a war reporter equipped with a ballistic shield and a camera. This time, he went on a vacation trip (probably avoiding the heat!) and won't be around but don't worry, a new VIP is replacing him: THE AGENT!
This tough dual Desert Eagle wielding lady is a special agent who can paradrop into the map once a few bases have been captured. Every remaining enemy base becomes a marked objective. She doesn't care about the commander's capture order, she does her own thing but expects you to help on her mission to swipe the maps. When it's done, every connected player gets the event reward ticket. If she dies, the mission fails.
After every milestone (number of kills by players around her - shown by a counter in the hud), she unlocks some faction boosts, custom radio calls or paradrop supplies.
