PATCH NOTES
Terrain is generated at runtime.
Mandatory player-made levels can no longer be unpublished.
Can get crowns on player-made level pads by beating any level that uses that template/Car form
Special Elevator handles offline state better. This elevator does not need to be connected to internet 👍🏽
