Our art director, Marina González, created this beautiful pixel art diorama in the style of Essays on Empathy to celebrate that Many Nights a Whisper is one year old!
We're very proud of having released this game because it was our first time self-publishing, and the reception hasn't had as much reach as with the games we publish with Devolver Digital (of course), but we're so happy to see that the people who got to find and play our little experiment had a very... intense time with it, haha. Always so nice to see the kind of ideas and conversations we inspire with our work!
Also, we wanted to share with you a short documentary film about Deconstructeam and Selkie Harbour, featured in MinnMax spotlight! Ben Hanson and Jacob Geller came to Valencia to spend some days with us and document a slice of what making games is like for us (and to eat a lot of food).
As for what's next for the collaboration between our studios that brought you Many Nights a Whisper... I don't know if you've heard, but there's a DEMO out for our new game, Virtue and a Sledgehammer!
