General:
- Added additional clarity to Raid Boss exclusive Divine drop locations in the Glossary.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where the base Health Regen for Characters was not correctly applying.
- Fixed a bug where the "Use Soul Root" status for Flask would not reset between saves.
- Fixed a bug where the Mythic Spectral Construct Raid was not granting the correct amount of Materials or Currency rewards.
- Fixed a bug where the Imbue Equipment craft could reduce the number of Enchant slots available to the Expanse trinket.
