This patch updates the progress overview screen to indicate which campaign is selected (USA Circuit / European Tour), and also has some improvements to the European Tour DLC:

1. Redid the lighting for Hamburg track, it should display properly in OpenGL mode now
2. Adjusted the placement and size of multiple checkpoints to be a bit more forgiving of players going very, very, very fast.
