- better interact with characters and other objects: you can only interact when actually facing that object
- fixed Throwing Knife token freezing enemies when Ice Revolver was equipped
- fixed being able to interact with the final gate while it's unlocking
- better apply settings (you can apply only when you actually changed something)
- very small map cleanups
- some other minor bug fixes
