[Bug Fix] Fixed Miralock and Shazfinite

A hard lock was caused by performing Mira's j.K close to the ring's edge after a ring out. The root cause hasn't been removed, but now the game won't hang if this happens again.

Also, fixed an unintended Shaz infinite combo that started with a 2T 9P loop. The combo, if you fancy it, can be accessed by selecting v1.7 and previous Shaz using version select, but it's not affecting the current game revision anymore.
