Hotfix to hopefully fix the Serial Killer achievement once and for all!

Patch notes:

Fixed the Serial Killer achievement
Fixed some collider issues on gore mounds and debris piles
Fixed lighting issue on a victim corpse
Added collision to TV in VHS Store

Please let me know if the achievement still doesn't unlock!
