Other Fixes

The incorrect colours on the Palestinian flag have been fixed.
Lots of spelling and formatting errors have been fixed.
Translations have been improved in all languages.
An onscreen undo button has been added.
The news panel font size has been increased to make things more legible on Steam Deck.
The news panel can now be scrolled with the mousewheel or right stick on gamepad.
