Fixed happiness neighbor effect not applied and removed correctly
Fixed direct trade selling not being able to use harbors on the way back
Castle traders were stranded on foreign shores.
Fixed traders stranded between cities not using recovery.
Fixed movement costs on tile variations
Knights would walk slower over the new biome tiles than their original counterparts.
Fixed some tile segment movement costs not applied correctly
Sometimes units would leave the road and only get slower at the tile border.
