Text size has been increased across the game to improve readability on Steam Deck.
Improved menu alignment and icon positioning for smaller screens.
Gun readouts are now properly visible on 16:10 resolutions.
Steam Cloud Support
We fired thunderbolts of Love into the empty sky implemented the necessary protocols to enable Steam Cloud saves, letting you sync your save file across computers.
Gameplay Fixes
Lockon bug fixed: Fixed that Lockon sometimes unlocks when trying to target through a Mega Multi Portal. Lockon now correctly keeps the portal as the target after 2 seconds.
Petal highlight visibility improved: when using a controller, menus now correctly highlight the selected item when opened (no more missing highlights!).
Controller Quality-of-Life Improvements
Level select items now clearly highlight when using a controller.
Sliders in Audio menu highlight correctly
Back/Apply buttons can't be selected by accident any more
Added a “Press weapon wheel key” shortcut:
Quickly swap back to your previous weapon by tapping the weapon wheel key instead of holding it. The weapon wheel can still be accessed by holding the key.
Balance Changes Bubblegun:
The Bubblegun was underperforming a little compared to other options, so it got a boost where it matters.
Damage increased from 3 → 4.
Bubble explosion radius increased by 30%.
Bubble explosions now properly damage enemies and destroy objects.
Improved bubble collision detection to ensure attached bubbles damage enemies correctly.
Magic Wand
Magic Wand grab targeting adjusted to be more consistent.
Magic Wand aim behaviour fixed for wide‑area selections.
Bubble volume scaling and attachment issues resolved.
Smaller or more important items like nails, bubbles, and keys now need you to aim more directly at them to pick them up, so you don’t grab them by accident. On the other hand, bigger props are still easy to grab from a wider area, without needing super precise aim. This should make your wand grabs feel more predictable and less fussy overall.

Bug Fixes
The dyslexia‑friendly font now works everywhere it should
The dyslexia‑friendly font option now correctly applies to stats shown on the results screen, not just menus.
Dress‑up menu visuals have been cleaned up
Fabrics and ornaments no longer rotate or display incorrectly when opening the dress‑up menu while moving the camera up or down during gameplay.
The player can no longer lock on to or stunt-kill the E2M3 end door
You can no longer lock on to or stun‑kill the end door from inside the final room of E2M3. The door is very happy about this.
Can no longer open Dress Up during phone calls
The dress‑up menu can’t be opened during phone calls anymore, preventing overlapping UI during cutscenes.
Audio settings behave properly between levels
SFX and dialogue audio are now correctly reapplied after each level change. The pause menu also no longer opens on custom end screens where it shouldn’t.
Railgrind stability fix
Opening the weapon wheel while railgrinding no longer causes the player to detach from the rail.
The weapon wheel works during time slow
You can now use the weapon wheel while Time Slow is active in E4M3.
Collision fixes on E4M2 and E0M1
