Fixed Light Modifier issues except volumetrics
Fixed loot clumping and falling through tables and drawers
Fixed locked doors being removed by NoDoors in Churchrooms
Fixed NoDoors removing Chewtopia, Arcade, and Microwave doors
Fixed level modifiers are not randomized in Custom Endless Mode with Custom Modifiers disabled
Fixed Bathrooms unbeatable in Custom Mode, it now always has the default water
Fixed Custom Modifiers can remain on when Custom Mode is off, which could result in no water in Poolrooms with Custom Mode off.
Fixed codex entries not spawning in most levels
