Event Details:

The Mission: Hidden Imperial Scouts are scattered across various maps. Find them to receive their Letters, then bring those letters back to the City Guard Commander to receive a Scout's Chest!
How it works: This is a repeatable quest. The rewards inside the Scout's Chest scale with your character's strength the higher your level, the more valuable the treasures inside!
Items: The letters you collect do not have an expiration date and will remain in your inventory until you decide to use them.
NPC Availability: Both the Imperial Scouts and the City Guard Commander will remain in their positions even after the event ends, allowing you to finish your delivery.
Requirement: Available to all players (Level 1+). No specific class restrictions apply.
