Fixed all-player and all-dreams achievements.
Multiplayer:
Added host pause for all players.
Added disconnected player reconnection without restart.
Fixed lobby creation issues when used the same lobby name.
Resolved client desync issues after loading saved game (children, dividends, early loan repayments).
