Hi Everyone,
Following the Hotel map release, I’m happy to share that a new update is now live with significant performance optimizations.
As stated in the release post, Hotel was more performance demanding than the other maps and as promised, this update focuses on improving that.
Players should now notice higher FPS and a smoother overall experience, especially on mid-range systems. The FPS is now great on both Medium and even on High quality settings.
I’m continuing to actively improve and optimize the game throughout Early Access, and add something new every update.
The change list is as follows:
Performance optimizations for noticeably higher FPS and smoother gameplay in the Hotel map
Fixed the level indicator next to the red laptop, it now updates correctly in the Hotel map
Removed debug text in the top left of the screen that sometimes appears during gameplay
Added a VSync notice to help players who are experiencing screen tearing
Fixed a small wall camera not appearing during certain anomalies in the Office map when it should
