New Game+ unlocks after completing the game. From the moment you return to Fort Oasis, every chapter begins with a warning. The island is no longer the same. Something is stalking you.
This enemy is known only as The Hunter.
It does not patrol. It does not follow rules. It adapts.
Once it finds you, there is no way to stop it.
There are no safe zones. No scripted encounters. No comfort.
Only the constant pressure of being watched.
Survival depends on movement, awareness, and instinct. The longer you hesitate, the closer it gets.
A Familiar Nightmare, Twisted
The first seven chapters of Total Chaos have been transformed into far more hostile gauntlets. Familiar locations have changed. Routes are less predictable. Encounters are more aggressive and less forgiving.
Resources are brutally scarce.

This mode is designed to push players to their absolute limits. It is meant to test everything you learned and punish everything you did not.
