Fixed Urban Decomposers #C48 not playable with not-on-Mars cites.
Fixed Venus Solar Phase is not deactivated when deactivating Projects/Corporations buttons during game creation.
Fixed Insects #148 giving the wrong amount of Plant production when you have a wild tag.
Fixed AI playing Predators #024 eating its own resources.
Fixed error when using the Compendium during a game.
Fixed issue with Robotic Workforce #086 interacting with Prelude cards with a Building tag.
