Happy New Year!

With the lunar new year approaching, Nine-Ball Roulette has brought some changes to the billiard room:

Added some red lanterns to the room and adjusted the interior decorations.
Fixed a bug that previously caused the player's view to appear slightly tilted while in observation mode.
