Update 1.1.02040 - Drawing Mode Improvements! — Mosaic of the Strange News

This update makes some significant improvements to the drawing mode:

Fixed performance hitches when opening and closing the panel.
Notes now stay visible when the panel is closed.
Added keyboard shortcut (Tab) to toggle the panel open and closed.
Colour selections are now persistent between different scenes and gameplay sessions.
Fixed an issue with the drawing tool defaulting to a bright red after switching scenes.
Files for drawing mode are now deleted from disk when you press clear all.
Fixed an issue with the cursor moving erratically when zooming in and out with the mouse wheel.
