this is another relatively small patch with a few fixes and functionality improvements.

- Improve button prompts on some UI screens (with some fixes specific to MKB controls)
- Record more precise version information in application logs
- Increase the maximum range of the HDR peak brightness slider
- Unlock achievements for completing chapter 0 and 1 when any subsequent chapter is completed (for demo carry-over)
- Various minor localization text, UI graphics and English voice fixes
