We’ve just rolled out a new update focused on technical improvements and bug fixes. Thanks for your continued support and reports, they help us keep Spartan Survivors running strong!
Weapons
Decreased the range of the Repulsor and increased its cooldown
Developer's insight: The community made it clear the Repulsor had become a "Out of all jail" card and it could make the game way too easy. We agree with this feedback, and while we still want to make sure the Repulsor is useful, we made it a little bit less powerful so you'll always have to stay active even when upgrading it to its max level!
Vico's Fuel Rod Gun (Character's weapon) won't pierce enemies anymore at Level 5
Developer's insight: Another feedback we got is that the personal weapon for a character should allow players to manage their surrounding, and with the Level 5 of Vico's Fuel Rod Gun piercing enemies, it made it less fun to fight closer foes. We expect this fix will correct this issue and still make the character fun to use.
Achievements
"Reclaimer" will now work with 5 weapons or more (before it required EXACTLY 5 weapons)
Quality of life additions
Keyboard layout (AZERTY, QWERTY) is now automatically detected when launching the game
Stats Card username will now use Steam's username (player can still change the gamertag displayed on the card by typing whatever they desire in the associated input)
Fullscreen is now really taking the fullscreen
.net bundled with the game
Dependencies updated
