Full Release with a New Board Map and 3 New Mini-Games
The 1.0 full release of Feather Party is officially live! With this major update, we’re introducing the brand-new Wild Wings board map along with 3 new mini-games. On top of that, we’ve made extensive improvements to performance, balance, networking, and fixed many critical issues.
🗺️ New Board Map: Wild Wings
A brand-new board map has been added: Wild Wings. This western-themed map features a vast open desert, a town hall, and a fully functional moving train system.
Compared to Feather Ruins, Wild Wings:
Is significantly larger
Contains more properties
Offers a more linear, risk-focused gameplay experience with no shortcuts (except the train)
Makes property linking easier with multiple color groups containing only two properties
This change increased the impact of properties on the new map, resulting in a more enjoyable gameplay experience.
⚙️ Board Gameplay Features
🌪️ Sandstorm
A powerful sandstorm splits the board straight down the middle.
Storm Side: Property rents are doubled.
Clear Side: Random thorn traps appear on tiles. Stepping on one causes players to lose 400 Feathers.
The storm direction changes when:
Landing on an Event Tile
Using a Whistle card
🚆 Train Stations
Two train stations are located at opposite ends of the board, connected by a moving train.
Landing on a station allows you to:
Use a Train Ticket, or
Purchase a ticket to board the train.
If the train is not currently at your station:
You must pay an additional fee to call it
Unless you already have a Train Ticket, which allows you to call it for free.
The train transports you to the opposite station, and you continue moving using the remaining value of your dice roll.
Perfect for escaping the storm or repositioning on the board.
🍀 Super Lucky Tiles
Two special tiles have been added.
These grant powerful cards for property purchases, movement boosts, and more.

Number of thorn traps on the Clear Side
🃏 New Cards
Revolver: Shoot a selected player, causing Feathers to scatter around them.
Eviction: Instantly grants you the deed of any selected owned property.
Train Ticket: A cheaper ticket available in the shop and obtainable from Lucky tiles.
🎮 New Mini-Games
🟦 Pixel Smash
In golf-ball mode, break virtual targets that appear around the map to collect points.
Combo streaks increase your score multiplier.
The player with the highest score wins.
🟠 Bump N’ Roll
In ball mode, crash into other players to crack their eggshells.
Each ball has 3 HP.
Delivering the final hit awards 10 points.
Players can respawn.
Highest score wins.
🦀 Golden Crab
Guide wandering crabs into your own scoring zone.
Golden crabs award extra points.
Be careful not to score points for your opponents.
🛠️ Additional Notes & Improvements
Updated the Unity engine version due to a recently reported security vulnerability.
Rebalanced all Achievements to reduce unnecessary grinding.
Adjusted unlock levels for cosmetics tied to player level progression.
Added the Wild Wings board’s display box to the Lobby Island and Main Menu.
Increased Board Game property rents:
Small Coop: 300 → 400
Large Coop: 900 → 1000
Balanced audio levels across the entire Board Game.
Fixed a freeze occurring after bankruptcy.
Fixed negative Feather cases where bankruptcy wasn’t properly triggered.
Resolved a network hitch that caused characters to freeze while walking.
Fixed a UI issue when Card Visibility was set to Hidden mode.
Improved server-side network data handling.
Fixed a Dice Rush issue where the back face of the die could push players off the map.
Improved Rollerball controls and physics for smoother handling in Ball Fight and Bump N’ Roll.
Various performance and optimization improvements across the Board Game and Mini-Games.
✅ Steam Deck Verified
Feather Party has received the Steam Deck Verified badge. The game runs out of the box on Steam Deck with no additional configuration required, fully approved for performance, UI scaling, and controller support.
🐞 Additional Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where a property destroyed by a bulldozer and later repurchased would not grant rewards during a heist.
Adjusted respawn positions in the Spotlight mini-game so that respawns occur around the Spotlight area instead of the initial spawn point.
Fixed an issue causing the firework sound effect during heists to be out of sync between players.
Fixed a rare issue where characters could skip tiles while moving (such as walking over water in Feather Ruins).
Fixed a rare issue where purchase requests (houses, cards, etc.) would fail to reach the server, causing currency not to be deducted.
Improved loading screen speeds, especially noticeable on lower-end systems.
