Fixed some FBX processing issues that caused graphical glitches in few places, especially the first two levels of the DLC
Fixed a bug where lever progress animation could display incorrectly
Fixed a possible crash when leaving online menus quickly after starting a game search
Adjusted DLC level selection menu locked images to better match the rest of the game
