[p align="start"]1. The modifier “Consequences of the Great Leap Forward” and the science “Development of Agricultural Methods” have been renamed.

[p align="start"]2. The modifier “Bourgeoisie-Rentiers” has been completely redesigned: its name, event, and effects have been reworked.

[p align="start"]3. Starting debt is 0. However, the researched science “Improved Assembly Line Production” gives external debt.

[p align="start"]4. Display of one-time effects of sciences has been added.

[p align="start"]5. The modifier “Self-Governing Communes” now displays the current value, rather than just all possible values.

[p align="start"]6. DLC icons have been moved to the Settings section.
