Optimizations and Fixes:

• Optimized the stack size for certain items:
  
  
  
  1. Seeds: from 99 → 199
     
  2. Logs: from 10 → 50
     
  3. Clay: from 299 → 499
     
  4. Wheat: from 99 → 199
     
  5. Simple Foods: from 50 → 99
     
  
  
• Adjusted the positions of some objects in the Raccoon Town scene to reduce the risk of monsters getting stuck.
  
• Increased the ammo production efficiency at the Bullet Workshop by 25%.
  
• Adjusted the description of tires: can now be crafted from rubber in the Chemical Workshop.
